These are all reminders to all of us not to drive
wrecklessly.
Just last Friday I was heading north to KL. It was raining heavily
and even with my unidirectionals and 4WD, I was going at about
80-90 km/hr on the N-S highway. Then there was this Kancil or
Kelisa with about 5 adults in it.....it went past me at an
estimated speed of 100-110 km/hr.
A few car lengths after it passed me, it braked (because there was
another slower car in front) and I could see it swerving out of
control....left-right-left-right. Damn....even in dry weather, that
car wasn't designed to carry so many people and go so fast.
Fortunately, the driver managed to pull his car back into
control....after which he sped off again.
