i duno how yours look like..
mine is juz like a white sponge.. very rough work.. as in, the
shape very odd, got pen marks etc.. and it's not self adhesive.. i
have to use masking tape and stick it to the shoe.
i went back to the shop where i bought my shoes today..
i asked the salesgirl to help me expand the front a bit, so that it
wun be so tight.. but she expand till so loose.. alamak.. heng i
bought 2 pairs of that cushion.. mian qiang can hold it.. but i
wonder how long can it last.. probably have to get insoles
liao.
maybe tmr i wear them and tell u whether it helps..
