The man(Chua Wan Chye, 36) pleaded guilty and now sentenced to nine
months supervised probation by court.
He jumped because he was unemployed and kicked out of his rental
flat and then alraedy living on the streets. Then he got no job and
no place to stay, so he wanted to admit himself into the IMH on the
day of the incident.
However, he wasn't admitted and then he went with his friend to a
nearby block and then Chua leapt off the common corridor wall near
the lift landing.
Happened in HOUGANG, at around 6pm last year.
