Heh it is huge only because there's just me mom and the
dog.
But it's really nothing compared to the houses in Katong... Meyer
Road etc...
Some houses in our area sell for above $1million, yet some sell for
just $800K... wonder what causes the disparity.... I think ours can
prolly sell for a few hundred thousand only. 
Somemore the money.....
