allentyb SG TS is day dreaming we abolish NS, as if we declare that we are a neutral country.........
yihao93 SG u juz say give them benefits, go that they stay in the country instead of migrating, and if they insist, pay alot, or if 2 talents marry, their child is sg de
ditzy SG I tell you how to keep talents in singapore, abolish the ICA and Customs, no ICA, no passports, no customs, no one to check passports.
allentyb SG you might as well, write an assignment on gst then talk about offset gst package then copy and paste from pap website
dinky1409 SG - offer incentives for talents to stay such as housing, education, taxes - make job opportunities attractive for them by reducing foreign talents in the top management places
