Last year 7th month someone came in my house and touched my
hair, 3 nights in a row. Had to sms friend for help, he helped me
to get the spirit out.
My old house in Woodlands, I heard scratching from wall between my
bedroom and me, kept me up for few hours. Once there's this slow
clicking noise coming from one corner of my bedroom, also kept me
up all night. Too scared to sleep (that time pri sch). The flat was
only around 8 years old. 
We were
first occupants.
