He is not coming in to read anymore comments as being related to the deaseased as well as the driver is terrible enough for him. Pls understand.
Does knowing the entirely truth on who intro them down, who wanted to test drive of so help in anyway? Does pushing the blame here and there help in anyway. From what i understand the friend of the accused was initially interested in the RX8 and SpoonX asked him to buy from agent rather than PI and they went down without even going down looking for any specific SE. So happen the deaseased happen to serve them and so happen he also know her.
Then interest came to the accused after he saw the MX5.
He may be seriously interested in getting a 2nd car. He may have already tied to sell his car? For all i know both that went down came from quite well to do families and one of them (dun know which one thou) can jolly well full cash out the car if wanted to.

I'm not saying the accussed is not to blame. Let the court and police make the utimalte decision.
Now if u really pity the SE and the family, Instead of scolding and accusing here, Y not think of what u can do for the family? And also take this tragedy as a lesson learnt for us no to commit the same mistakes in whatever way we see this accident as.
I beleive u all know where the family members stay. If u really think u wan to help just go and give some donations. I think that will be more constructiev rather than in here pointing fingers. If not i ask SpoonX for the address.

Accident meaning an unexpected and undesirable event, especially one resulting in damage or harm; An unforeseen incident.

The Bendeemer incident is still considered an accident bearing the fact that the driver did not foresee the that his act could result to deaths. Would he able to foresee, he would not have sped in the first place. A murderer who has an intent to kill had clearly foreseen that his/her act will result to death. Hence, it is a deliberate act.

(2) You were supposed to have lunch with the SE prior to the date of accident
(3) You asked the Accused to go Agent but didn't specify who to see?

Wow...sorry I don't buy your bull. Think of it, if I had a friend who is a Sales Agent, and if my friend wants to buy a car, I'll be sure to refer the potential buyer to my friend.

reckless driving on public road is an offense and all offender MUST be punish regardless if it is an accident or not. reckless driving which cause the death should be punish by jail and ban from driving for life.

Do you have reason to believe that the bus stop incident is not cause by reckless driving by some irresponsible driver?

Fyi, the driver of the bendemeer accident was jailed for 2 years and ban from driving for life. To me that is a fair sentence. to the families of the victims, i think it might be too light.

Again, you misunderstood me. My previous post serves only to highlight the point that the Bendeemer incident is an accident.

I did not not claim that the driver should not be punished nor did I say that the bus incident is not caused by reckless driving. All I am arguing is the fact that it is still considered an accident (regardless of the extent of recklessness).

I think your initial post is more like a generalization because I am young (late teen) and I drive sports cars therefore I feel that I am being injustly accused by your broad statement.

But anyhow, you have included the word chances. So I presume that you do not actually mean to discriminate against young "punks" driving fast cars like your initial post. Rolling Eyes

young and sensible people will not get into so much trouble. young punk on the other hand are bad controlling cars and women. cars will be crashed and women will end up pregnant .

The stereotypical midlife crisis is something that supposedly happens to a married man sometime in his forties (roughly). The allegations of this from women are well known. There the phenomenon is described as the man leaving his wife and family for a woman in her twenties -- or two women in their twenties, according to the deprecating "humor" -- buying a sports car, and generally regressing to adolescence.

think it this way.. how many people go to car showrooms in curiosity of finding out how fast some cars are.. whats the engine like.. whether its good to drive and so on? many. but does everyone who test drive a car buy the car? its just a norm that guys have an interest in cars. honestly when u test drive a car... you're testing its engine and everything important. but dont tell me you find no thrill at all in driving a car u like? we're humans after all arent we?
plus it is the SE or the car company that designates where the car should be test driven. it was the SE who guided the driver all the way until they got quite lost and ended up at a road unsuitable for test driving. it is really a pity that the SE died. but this is nobody's fault. if she had survived and the driver died, the media would point their finger at her, u realise that right? so nobody's at fault in this situation. just victims..
