This was what happened.

Firstly he wasnt speeding.

At that time, especially with the construction on(7pm) its hard to speed with the traffic.

Some Bmw swerved into his lane, he tried to avoid it be steering left but he went up the curve and landed on the other side of the road. But another bmw was moving and it hit the girl's side of the door.

In conclusion, it wasnt the driver's fault. Its a natural reaction to avoid a car swerving into your lane especially when it was a new sports car.

it wasn't a head on impact. the brunt of the impact on the mazda was from the side and the beemer in front. therefore, it proves nothing other than the fact that some low life juz juz have no regard for the safety of others.

In Singapore, we drive on the left, right?. Which means, the other side of the road is on the RIGHT. Even if he was on the rightmost lane, how can he steer left such that it will fly off the bump and land on the other right side of the road?

Yes, the bonnet of the Mazda is not smashed.. It was the left side.. which explains why the SE got killed.

Meaning we drive on the left side of the road, IE the opposite traffic is on our right.

This is why from inside the vehicle, the passenger door of buses, for example, is always on our left. The kerb is always on our left.

I'd rather take my chances E-braking and if unlucky slightly hitting the car in front (The car is designed to withstand frontal collisions rather than side collisions) than hero and play stunts.
