Anything can try, as long as they list the course when you apply. If they never list, you want to try also cannot.

and start to know what a portfolio is...you might need it...

Not sure. I asked the same question when my grades were the opposite from my prelims... I figured out it's probably no use... UK and Singapore got difference after all..

The only grade that probably will not have much fluctuations is Chinese and Combined Humanities, because they are marked here.

The rest, just be prepared for it to change...
