if really wanna play in group (around 4 persons a table), pool is definitely the better choice.

of course you can still play billiard in group, but you gotta switch to number ball, which will be a relatively hard game for novice players. not to mention if you wanna play with some stakes.... Laughing

hahah. can also, but got slight difficulties.
you gotta be safra member to patronize their pool saloon (no billiard table there).
each game is $1 and there are 4 tables.
but the table condition there isnt very ideal. kinda lahyang. Laughing

not bad. the last time i went (which is beginning of this year or last year?), there are variety of billiard tables, 7 & 9 feets pool tables.
table condition well-maintained. Mr. Green

ermm theres this pub at boat quay call WIND .. new tables … balls … nice to play that … other wise if you ppl prefer quality playing … then must vist those bigger and more well known saloons liao . [not more costly] motercue … pool fusion not so bad lah .. at less the got clean the damm balls… nver try those mech master one … so many ppl go there and the tables / balls / cues not really mantain well
