Hi all, just kanna this shit in the morning, when turning out from custom, HP ring, as i park one side to pick up call, then suddenly he come over and ask me come out and give me a piece of shit paper....

No amount was stated to pay and there is a instruction to ask me appear infront of Magistrate Court...

Any bro had this exp b4, pls guide me..

If you were parked and you got on hazard lights, there is no reason they can book you lor.

F***ing guailan.. target SG cars only..

Think you have to ask MYsian about the legal proceedings there.. Usually my parents only get booked for speeding on the NS, pay $50 only.

Just go to the traffic police and appeal. Maybe they can let u off with just a fine. That is what I will do if I got problem.

if you never leave your car then not considered as parking wat... you stop the car... not park the car... unless is double zagged lines else no reason to fine you...
