Hmm am wondering ar…. if a person neva collect the cert for about 6 years now…. will the cert be in sch or MOE? Is the cert still ard even?

ndmmxiaomayi SG

If you never collect after a period of time, your school will burn it to ashes.

You then have to go to MOE and request for it again. $50 for the request.
