there is need-to-know between the runners and the middle fat cats,
let alone the head honcho.
what you should do, is note the times they come, form a
neighbourhood group of at most 3 people, tail these chaps for a
month or so, note their movement patterns then hand these to the
CID.
knowledge is power, what you can observe and compile can be a
useful tool. but be tactical and do not get into a physical fight
with them.
