actually initially i wanted to buy 4d n toto, n i was in a town
centre.
then went to the lottery shop, wah kao, queue sibeh long siah. den
i sian diao already, dun feel like buying. actually i already bot
toto for the friday $10m draw, but main thing is that i want to buy
4d for saturday n sunday.
Normally the q not so long, but i think coz everybody buying toto
for the new year $10m draw, thats y so long
so i walk walk walk, den came across a man with crutches sitting on
a floor outside a departmental store. i think he got a prosthetic
leg. He was holding some toto tickets, selling them.
So i looked, n saw 2 stacks. one is quick pick sys 7, $3.50, and
the other stack is 5 x ordinary entry, $2.50.
so i asked how much the $2.50 ticket, then he say $3. So it means
extra 50 cents la. Then i asked if he can sell me at $2.50 instead
of $3, then he said he queued very long to buy these tickets and
sounded kinda pitiful. I guess he is selling these toto ticket to
earn some money.
Then i decided to buy one $2.50 ticket lor, n paid $3 to him. Well,
he earned 50 cents and i forked out 50 cents extra when i could
have bot it at the lottery shop for the actual price.
But at least i didnt have to queue so long.
