go Uni after poly, how they choose who can go Uni?
i want to go local uni like ntu or nus after poly finish liao
but i want to know how they filter out who can go and who
cannot
i heard that it is 10% of cohort
but how is "10% of cohort" decided?
is it:
top 10% in every poly,
OR
top 10% nationally? as in better poly get high percentage of
allowing ppl coming in. while louya pok poly , lesser ppl can go.
so different poly get a different percentage quota
if the 1st method is the case, then i can purposely choose a poly
where i know there are a lot of slackers who dont study well and
then easier to contract and get top 10%. typically a poly with high
cut off point
pls dont talk about going to JC case. it's not for me.
