OK... I thought I will start a topic that should be familiar to
some of us... Which forumite amongst us has been or is in a LDR?
Any tips to share on how to keep the relationship strong?
Personally, 4 out of 5 of my relationships have been LDRs (no
choice. job makes me run all over the world)... I must say that
it's not easy, and it takes more effort from each half to make the
relationship work and to make it easy for the other party.
But nonetheless, I believe that it IS possible for a LDR to grow
even stronger as the days go by even without seeing each other
often, and I believe that LDRs can work, tough as they may be...
(yeah, I know I have a pretty bad track record, but it's not
because of distance that I broke up with my ex)
Any experiences to share? Comments? Disagreements?
