Agenda SG I like xiang wei but this year my parents buy mei zhen xiang not very nice IMO when you put into your mouth, you try to suck the taste out but you get nothing as it is almost tasteless then you bite it BANG the whole mouth is filled with the fragrance because bite liao, cant stop biting hence cannot savour the bak kwa so IMHO, not very nice compared to xiang wei AND PEOPLE, THERE IS A FAKE MEI ZHEN XIANG OUT THERE!! CHinese name is exactly the same but english name is Bee Kheng Xiang or something

Darkness_hacker99 SG Actually I not sure how many brand of bak kwa are there. but the most common is mei zhen xiang. me poor poor. no eat bak kwa soo often.
huy SG i like xiang wei.. very nice.. last time i used to like this brand call xin dong fang (new oriental). but didn;t see it nowadays.. that brand is my fav..
sheri SG Err...it was a gift from my parents before they went holidays, so dunno the brand. The paper has red names all over it, white with red words. Watever it is, any Bak Kua that is fats and meat with chili is GOOD. Hate those traditional thick slabs of meat. Although I hate to eat fats by itself, it is simply fanastic in a bak kau form! Sinful !
