Ponders SG Not so much lah. $20 and 1/8%. $1000 the commission only $1.25 + $20. But usually bank got minimum commission. So $10 or 1/8% or which ever is more. Other than TT your cheapest way is to send that person a Postal Order or Money Order. But that person will need 2-4 weeks for the instrument to clear
Ponders SG If i am not wrong.. Paypal i Credit Card to Credit Card. But trust me.. you spend more money on Paypal. Since transactions are done in USD. And COmmission in USD.
