Trying to slim down is dangerous.
Not eating well will cause you to be deprived of essential vitamins
and minerals. This will bring on other medical problems, loss of
immunity and oesteoporosis.
To slim down, think calories.
Eat moderately balanced meals consisting of vegetables, meat and
carbohydrates such rice and bread. The trick is eat moderately.
Estimate the amount of calories you have taken. e.g. One plate of
mixed veg rice, and one meat dish = 550 to 600 calories. One can of
soft drink = 250 calories. One day try not to consume more than
1800 - 2000 calories. Depending on your lifestyle, active more,
sedentery less. This is part one of the sliming process.
Part two is exercise regularly. This part is discouraging because
jogging for half an hour burns less than 300 calories. But try and
exercise or be active anyway. This will help you burn more
calories. Remember you are burning up calories just being alive. If
you do nothing just keep still the whole day, you automaticaly burn
up about 1500 to 2000 calories in 24 hours, depending on your age.
Exercise helps you burn more.
Therefore if you eat a little and take in only 1500 calories you
could just break even and not lose fat.
The trouble is we eat 2500 to 3000 calories daily burns up about
2000 calories and about 1000 calories go into reserve in the form
of fat daily.
So the trick is to consume less calories and burn more, and don't
overlook the nutritional aspect of eating less. This is what the
sliming centres emphasize on and you pay heavily for it.
Eating sensibly helps you keep the money you have and also help you
lose fat.
In a healthy way. Gradually
Forget about losing 10kg in two weeks.
You can but you also lose your health and money. And may die
suddenly.
