Bionic Animals SG The incidents mentioned are public knowledge. They were reported in the press with minimal coverage and mention. I guess the government did not want to alarm the general public and down play the incident to prevent any glorification by any subversive elements. But the security agencies mood then was high alert, but cannot be compared to new after 9/11. You may want to gp through the Straits Time archive.
