Currently, when drivers receive an ERP CashCard violation
notification, it is likely due to negligence or their CashCard has
insufficient store value. The ERP CashCard violation will be issued
immediately the next day by LTA and payment must be made via SAM or
cheque.
Such payment methods are time consuming and troublesome.
Easi-ERP, a joint service brought to you by SingTel and LTA, allows
SingTel Mobile customers to pay for their ERP CashCard violation
charges through their monthly bill.
With "Easi-ERP", a SingTel mobile customer who owns the vehicle
will receive an SMS alert to inform him/her of the ERP CashCard
violation. Instead of the $10 administrative fee PLUS the
respective ERP charges, Easi-ERP customers will enjoy a discounted
rate of only $4 administrative fee PLUS the ERP charges. A one-time
processing fee of $1 will be charged to your SingTel Mobile bill
upon successful registration.
