Why would I want to study in a poly if I'm going into the field
of international relations and strategic studies, which I am
happily in at the moment? 
Fair enough, if you want to be an engineer, business or be in mass
communications. But if you are seeking Arts/Humanities as your
university major, it's much more straightforward however, to take
your A-levels. For me, most of my studying was done outside of
class. Class was just a place to understand the basic framework of
the subject etc, and I did more self-study with like-minded friends
because the rest are simply bo-chup and are willing to settle for a
mere passing certificate..
