Land use in singapore is restricted by URA guidelines. Even freehold private land u must get URA approval b4 u build anything on it. So even if u can afford a huge piece of land, u can't do as u please. Everything is controlled by the gahmen here. No point building a race track in sg. Just go Sepang F1 track. Laughing

If car are all souped up with turbo and illegal mod…do yopu think this ppl dare to run the car in the local race track? TPs and ROVs will be there waiting.

they can install it when at the track itself. besides, it is legal to race an illegally modded car at a track.
