dunno y but my bittorrent speeds damn slow and i really mean

max 5kb/s...
how to fix? i using btw 3mbps and the modem is 2wire
5700HGV-2....
i portforward le... i use uTorrent port check they say everything
ho sey...
but downloading speed still buay ho sey....
