some ppl like to be jack of all trades......
but some ppl like to specialise in one thing.....and do it damn
well......
it's jus different business models and approach........
diversify only after u have one product tt is
stabilised......
lateral expansion may be good or bad......
not many is able to survive well in markets tt they do not have
specialisation in
like my gan die......
at first oni do soundcards, then do players, speakers.....now even
got webcam and i dunno wat......but all the rest cmi......oni
soundcard still good......
guess is good at jeans and clothings
