correct me if im wrong, but wad i think is the school has alrdy
set a min criteria for the students eligible for the course, such
as eng muz b 1-7 maths muz b 1-6 or sumthing, as long as u fulfil
the criteria, tt course will b listed in ur form A
however, dere r limited places in every course, therefore if every1
fulfil the requirements n apply for tt course, they will onli
choose those wif better results, like for example, they take 1st
100 students(according to results) who applied for tt specific
course, then if the 101st student has 11points, then 100th student
is 10 points, the cut of point will b 10 points lor.
