I stay at St 21 there and my place here also kena arson attacks
3 times liao. All on motorbikes... Once my car almost kena burn,
but luckily the blaze was not big enough, in the end only got ashes
on my car...
This is a form of terrorist attack, in my view. Think about it, the
police cannot do much to stop it, unless they step up patrols in
EVERY carpark in Singapore, cos they can switch targets very
easily. And the culprit(s) can do it anytime they want, so if they
adopt a totally random pattern, there's almost no way they can be
caught, unless they are caught in the act by some passerby...
For me, I guess it's really boh pien lor... I just park my car far
away from motorcycles now...
