Actually for the 2 operator I can say this
ComfortDelGro: They can still expand overseas esp London and
Australia. As for it's subsidary SBS, the new bus svs introduced is
good, provides direct linkage w/o needing to make bus - MRT
transfer
SMRT: Service level needs to be improved, if possible is to hive of
the buses
