Pitot SG ur head la. loyang one newer and got more facilities and nearer to amenities. changi is isolated. u need stuff must walk quite abit to CV to get ur things. but u go to chalet and enjoy with the people. so if ur chalet got alot of people u dont even have time to worry abt ghost. unless u book chalet for 2 person?
