TONYTAN SG it is not bad....if you like drinking and chatting more than dancing. Cos Velvet is playing house music which is not my kind of dancing music.... And velvet very expensive. Cover charge 30++ but go there drink shot will be darn havoc. Of cse must be daring and good drinker and see who peng first.
