Watch out for this Peeping Tom watching out if you live in the vicinity of Block 355 in Choa Chu Kang.

According to Gen Teh, this man has been sighted "doing this for over a year, almost everyday especially in the morning at 7 am, standing at the window with a pair of binoculars" in his hands peering out at the neighhourhood.

Gen wonders why no action has been taken against this man for so long. The STOMP user has already lodged a police report, and the relevant authorities, she said, "would look into this matter soon.

Females staying near block 355 alert !!!

7am? Bird Watching?

I'm giving the benefit of the doubt because its open window and you can see him clearly as opposed to a semi closed window and hiding himself from plain view

Volvo Olympian SG

Typical of Singaporeans to see the bad side of other people...when you go to a hawker centre, It does not imply that you are going to eat. You might be having a drink Very Happy

Agenda SG

Maybe that STOMPer is the peeping tom, In the first place.. How he even notice him if he didn't open his window and see a person standing there with a binoculars unless he has super eyesight...

STOMP once again show how dumb they can be

Addiction SG

Attach laser pointer to your binocular then shoot into his binocular lens see how

used SG

huh?!
exagerrating.
singaoporeans getting too paranoid

photo_seeker SG

How sure can the person be that this person is a Peeping Tom ? He can be viewing other things as well. It shows how dumb the person is by reporting such matters.

sermodabian SG

STOMPers are infamous for making a big fuss out of nothing. Their lives must be damn sad and mundane.

Stomp is a very bad idea.....it allow ppl's reputation be ruined without proper validation before its being posted online.

If I am the guy in the picture, I'd sue SPH upside down.....

This reminds me abt the period during the Warring Period in country of Qin
where ppl are reward for reporting their neighbours.

But in Singapore, most ppl submit pictures like these are out of the sense
of self righteous

noahnoah SG

Even Sin Mr lee also aware of all this STOMP , wat

talking cock forum...

I think if go overboard with all the post esp concern

about Parilment or politics etc

He might start to take serious action leh

then more ppl will start to eat free goverment cai png and

free "stay of "chalet" in changi liao

Kohi SG

look on the bright side, he's only using a pair of binoculars Laughing

CoolMyth SG

Stomp revives the mindset of "bo dai ji zhui dai ji". Laughing
