FYI its perfectly sue-able for deframation on the internet. in fact, there's already one case now where an agent had sued an online forum and some of its members for deframatory remarks. Confused

I just want to say one thing... in forums, you are known by your alias... Not your real name... and so if you defame someone and report to police... they are gonna ask... who the fuck is akub0d0h??? Not in the database leh... Rolling Eyes

it is possible by tracking on ip address, i remember there are pple actually arrested for defamation.

light outcome will be the person kena banned for defamation and i see alot of pple get banned becos of this. heavy outcome will be the forum begin closed down if the admin did not take actions.

so better think twice of doing monkey business in internet, u can be tracked down.

True can kena arrested... but it depends on who the person defames... in this case, "akub0d0h" had defamed "terion"... "these" two people doesn't exist... therefore no actions can be taken by court of law... admin is the only ones that can handle this...

Man guys do stop talking crock.

Insults are not generally actionable. If I tell terion his mum is a good lay then maybe his mum can sue la but maybe only but not if nobody knows who his mum is or no reasonable person would believe me. So in this case no one knows who terion is, no one knows who his mum is, and no one would take any notice of insults like this being flung across cybersapce. So NO case in defamation likely.

Btw, Terion is a whiny cunt. That is an insult and not generally actionable. How about I think Terion is a bum-bandit who likes a little bit of beastiality (sheep preferred) and the occasional BDSM? Not generally actionable too as a normal person knows I am just insulting him and will not take me seriously.

What a cunt.
