The only reason I can think of for meeting up instead of
discussing online is so that you can be loud, speak fast, be
emotional, use body language (which shuts itself from all reasons
from the other party) so as to intimidate or confuse the other
party, instead of presenting all the points both parties really
have and reaching a fruitful conclusion through online discussions,
a comfortable environment for everyone.
