sand king SG In no order: Black Hawk Down Saving Private Ryan Tears Of The Sun When Trumpets Fall Thin Red Line Troy 300 (Coming out next year)
sand king SG Band of brothers is more of a series, IMO, but if band of brothers is considered a movie, i like it to. I like the part the fella trow the granade into the room and before the granade exploded, he rushed into the room lol
Gedanken SG The Deer Hunter. The others are good for shoot-em-up’s, but mostly they’re not much different from any Arnie/Stallone/Damn Vain flicks.
Xcert SG Courage Under Fire Behind Enemy Lines Tears Of The Sun Black Hawk Down Troy The Hunt For Red October still got a few...let me take some time to think...
baer SG just to give breadth I'd suggest other (older) movies to put on list Longest Day Green beret Midway The Great Escape The Guns of Navarrone Tne Seven Samurai More recent less known (?) Glory Intruder (steven coonts) Gettysberg (seen on TV) The 13th Warrior (best swordfight scenes) My own top raves Platoon (even though antiwar) Band of brothers (spots and all) Blackhawk down
Marco_Simone SG How come no one mention shows like Rambo,Universal Soldier,Delta Force series or US SEALS??
borgkilla SG Longest Day others include: Battle of the Bulge Battle of Midway Tora Tora Tora Patton Saving Private Ryan Thin Red Line Hamburger Hill Platoon Gettysberg ( spelling ? ) Gods and Generals Lord of the Rings "Two Towers" Lord of the Rings "Return of the King" Gladiator Spartacus Kagemusha and alot more I cant think of right now
