the vietnamese put the brown sauce and squeeze the lime into the
soup! plus red cut chilli..... 
i don't put the brown sauce in the soup...
i used to squeeze the lime, and put the cut chilli in.......
but later i prefered the soup without the lime and cut chilli taste
to savour the power soup they brew from bones and all..........
