I was somewhere at chinatown, and had parked at e public carpark
near maxwell mkt.
Anyway, was pretty confused by the parking rates displayed. The
rates showed that it was 50c per 1/2 hr all the way to 10pm. There
was no mention of how much it cost after 10pm, nor was there a sign
for nite parking.
Does it mean we do not need to pay for parking after 10pm (seems
suspicious to mi...)
