Ponders SG yes can be used. when i looked thru my stamp collections.. i got many unstamped stamps. then ppl tell me only stamped stamps got value. So i bought a big envelope and pasted all the the stamps and post to myself. only to be told later i can just tell post office to stamp it for me on the spot
Ponders SG Heehee.. My dad's stamp collection got Qing Dynasty stamp. very rare.. still got china's imperial flag somemore.

photo_seeker SG The answer is can. That's what I did to save my postage cost. Local Stamps cost $0.23 previously, now $0.25, but they have no face value imprinted, hence the Stamps are now valued at $0.25
