but it was a blessing
it's a 40-yr old building
so the apt is a bit old
but serves me really well
very convenient some more
and i can walk to the sea whenever i'm moody or homesick (lovesick

those sea-front apt costs $275 a week
mine was only $125
have to thank God for it, really....
