In case you are new in Singapore, there are Taxis and Buses you
can use. I don't see the need to have a un-licensed driver driving
you to hospital when you just take medicine and reciept. Even if in
serious cases, there is still ambulances.
All I can say is if the TP didn't close 1 eye, most likely your
friend wouldn't be diving in Singapore again and you should be
expecting some penalty too.
There is a reason why your friend is suspended, and something must
be wrong or else why would the TP stop your car.
