bought it at Tampines popular... actually most popular outlets
should have it bah... anyway, have to thank a fellow forumner here
for introducing the game...
A brief review... A new game concept to me, in the sense that it
can be played on a strategic (planning, move units, buy stuff) and
tactical level ( command individual units, and actually fly in a
fighter cockpit!) and the controls are not unlike that of BF
1942... great!
Anyone who had played P.T.O on the Super NES way back in '94 should
be familiar with the strategic aspects of the game, BTW PTO 2 is
still my favourite wargame...
well, still experimenting with the game, but i should add that only
a real pacific wargamer will appreciate the many technical aspects
of the game, where one gets to decide on weapon or equipment
upgrades on a unit... and oh! a little historical background on the
war wouldn't hurt either... and one should at least knew the
difference between his Zero from a Wildcat...
Highly recommended for this under-rated game...
