Have to say, am full of admiration for this Prince. That he
should be allowed to fight for his country is the only decent thing
to do will and bring honour to the monarchy.
Medieval royals often led troops in the field.
Though concern for his safety is uppermost on everyone's mind,
could they also be afraid of him gaining too much prominence as a
war hero Prince? Would his going to fight make the other 2 Princes
look like cowards for not following suit?
He is, after all, only third in line (as someone mentioned) to be
king.
