wellwell... i personali feel tat the neccesary authorities is after
all the one who decide the punishment for the rapists...we can
suggest 101 things, but if the authorities feel tat, the 101 thgs
tat we suggest r ... (not workable) ..., then i tink the sugestions
will reach them n jus kept wif them...
u say "better punishment", wat do u suggest?... YES i agree that
they r 'beasts' but wat could hv led them to do tat?
u say "Some are as young as 16",pardon me, but who is the 'some'
that u r referring to? the rapist or the victim? rapist as young as

someone who forced themselves on u??if ur so-called bf force him
on2u.. u consider him as rapist oso? and if he reali do tat, will u
report it to the neccessary authorities if u feel offended, so that
he got his deserved punishment?
