By reading the original complaint letter. Its obviously a
retard
Why?
I was at xxxxxxxx-Suntec City - on the night of 15/10/2006 to buy
the
following items, a laptop, a fax machine, a DVD recorder and a
roadbike.
A smart shopper would get a Laptop at a proper computer
store.
A smart shopper would get both a fax machine & a DVD recorder
at a proper electrical store.
A smart shopper would get a decent bicycle at a proper bicycle
store.
I think we all know which supermarket this letter is talking about
so items there usually are not in the High Quality index and
sometimes High Priced.
On the 21/10/06 I returned to xxxxxxxx - Suntec City - to get a
refund
for the laptop as I had discovered that the laptop only
supported
Windows XP and could not be used to run my DOS programme.
We all know we can't run DOS programs on Windows XP in the first
place.
That being said there is a program that emulates DOS on Windows
XP
http://dosbox.sourceforge.net
If he was even smart enough to check around. He wouldn't have had
to refund the laptop.
The salesman
who sold me the laptop 6 days earlier was very unhappy and refuses
a
refund of the laptop citing various lame excuses. He finally agree
to a
refund after I went through xxxxxxxx's refund policy with him.
Of course the salesman was pissed at the fact that he wanted a
refund for a perfectly ok laptop that supposedly can't run
DOS.
At this
point he make a photocopy of my identity card claiming the
company's
need to track my refund history. I was outrage and disappointed at
being
treated like a criminal
How is taking IC to photocopy being equal to treated like a
criminal?
company's promise of a refund if goods were
returned intact.
Refund only covers if said product was faulty in the first
place. Returning it just because he felt like it doesn't cut
it.
They should not bother to track my refund history as I
will not be shopping there anymore.
Waaaahhh Waaaaahhh Give Baby a lolipop!
