This is ~Elsewhere~
How about instead of locking the thread whenever people make stupid
or irrelevant comments in it, the post gets sent here with a note
attached at the original post location saying ~sent
elsewhere~
Spinoffs
Many times, discussions go off tangent. The new discussions being
children of the parent thread.
The MODS can cut and paste stupid posts here and create spinoffs
thread.
Thread title: ~Spinoff~ "Topic title"
Opening Post: This is a spinoff from "Thread title"
The original thread can be temporarily locked while all the posts
relevant to the spinoff are being transferred.
Forum "Rubbish Threads"
I guess if the thread itself is idiotic, instead of locking it like
presently, it can be sent to a new forum called "Rubbish
Threads"
hahaha more work for MODS.
