and stuck up.
To what extent are they elite?
Let's say there is a gahmen scholar who is educated in the US, has
a rich family and is stuck up. But he is only paid $5000 a month,
because he is a young scholar.
Is he elite?
What about a chef who is trained in Europe, never took a cent from
the gahmen, but is very supportive of the gahmen. He is paid
$10,000 a month and looks down on everybody, because he is damn
good at culinary art.
Is he elite?
