To whom it may concern,
I am writing on behalf of Patricia Jiang to recommend her for The
Debut Atlantic Award.
I have been teaching Patricia piano since she was 5 years old and I
have watched her mature from an enthusiastic young girl into a
promising pianist over the past 11 years. She first came to me
bright-eyed and full of raw talent. As she progressed in her music
studies, her talent began to take shape and she started to reveal
the true musician in her. Currently, she is working to complete her
ARCT exam by the end of January.
Patricia has always been serious and professional with her music.
From the first time she set foot on stage, Patricia has
demonstrated an incredible understanding of her instrument and has
been able to captivate everyone who heard her play. She is truly a
performer at heart and thrives in the spotlight where she can share
the fruits of her labour with fellow musicians, peers, and
audiences.
During the years she has studied with me, Patricia has exhibited
not only outstanding technique on the piano, but also boundless
emotional affiliation for music. Patricia never falls short of
playing from the heart. She is passionate about piano and she
expresses her music with emotion beyond her years. She has moved me
to tears on many occasions with her enthralling performances.
Patricias appreciation for music also extends beyond the piano.
She has played in a trio in her earlier years and has also
performed duets with a variety of musicians. Patricia also played
the violin for over 4 years and encourages her peers with their
playing.
Even today, Patricia is an incredibly motivated individual who
never stops seeking for perfection in her work. She works hard, and
does very well, in balancing her piano studies with her community
service, leadership activities, and heavy school work. Always
striving to improve her playing, Patricia is only ever satisfied
when she achieves her personal best.
can someone read thru the letter above and see if its ok. thanks
