U try b4 then u will know the speed u say is quite
impossible..not car no good, not u no skill, not ur tire no
grip....its the bloody fucking rd surface there...some part got
sands,pebbles,got grow those green colour (dunno call moss or
algay)
i personelly tried there max 110km/h round bends, the last heavy
right bend was bout 80-90km/h but tat time was following
friend....
anythink above that should be quite unsafe cos i ever bang broken 2
small tree, lamp-post slanted & vehicle into ditch & hv to
be tow out..resulting a claim of $13,000..... 
Friend civic also get a $7000 claim there b4...
hopefully those that wan to really go past 100km/h hv gd tires
& skills, cos its to pull back or veer back vehicle jus in case
of the rd surface condition....
