Think nowadays in our country, the living standards are improving and getting higher and higher.... those of us who cannot withstand this kind of competition will be outwitted......

Think life here is stress and most of us are forced to study and do things that are not within our interest... not to mention the fortunate ones......

After going through 1/4 of your life then you realised that everything you do are of no interest..... only to succumb to society needs.......

What are your views out there??? How do you see your life??

well in the begin mayb u will enjoy but as time pass mayb it reli being force coz everytin hv 2 b in a fast pace if not u will b left out...dat mean u r hv no choice but to push urself in a fast pace b4 u hv fully develop interest in the thing wic can b v stressful.... Sad

I think one thing our generation lacks is the sense of tranquility... And a sense of purpose...
We are always thinking what is our direction, but can't find it...

sometimes we are just too busy in our daily schedule that we don't even have the energy or time to think...... And in the end.... we have to give in to the society to fulfill our daily needs... Interest on the other hand is neglected..... unless you have already start planning at a very young age..... the thing is by the time we are sensible enough to focus on our interest..... it was already a bit too late and here, most of the cycles are irreversible..... so what to do?? lan lan take it.....

Competition is for those that who demand more in their life and for those who want a higher standard of living than most others . You can always choose to think simple and lead a simple and easy life.
I believe in Singapore if you truly want to find tranquility, it is always possible but subject to whether can Singaporean give up the quality of life that they are having or allowing themselves to lose out to others......well .......all in the matter of pride and thinking.
As for working for a sense of purpose or work of interest...........hmm........ it all depend on individual. If a job that dun pay well at all but the job scope interest you highly, would you give up a well pay job that dun interest you at all and leave for that 1st job?????
And most of the time .....it is not that we have no time to think about our life , it is only whether do we have the courage to put the thinking into action. Imagine the things I have to give up for and the impact that I would have in my life. And mainly the views by others to us. Still mainly our think mentality

and why u wanna know about MY life? LOlx... erm... if u begining to talk about life and such a thing.. u will get more and more miserable as u will start to compare different ppl's lives...

for mi.. my life sux.. really sux.. i neednt work to have money... i neednt cook to have food.. i neednt walk to travel from one place to another.. so wad im rich? it is juz life isnt it? and.. can u possibly compare ur life and mine? Confused

the problem here is.... human are greedy in nature... we will never feel content and ask for more if possible..... but one thing about us is very strange... that is we can adapt to different environments very quickly..... when we became rich, we want somemore, when we are poor, we take it... when we are rich again, we want some more... and the cycle continues..... never ending story Rolling Eyes
