seriously, how many percent of the private companies out there give out fat bonuses? which industries give out fat bonuses?

2.2 months is considered a lot for those who dont get any bonus or very little bonus but it is a little for those who get several mths bonus.

Its not a rumour, its true. My pal is chemical engineer for bp, he kinda works offshore, but he got it. Laughing 1 sweet year worth.
