now take a deep breath, relax and let me explain about the price...

Recently, my parents have given me a choice between PSP or computer upgrades. I’m quite interested in a PSP but have got not much details about it. I also hope to upgrade my computer and buy some games along with a controller so that I can enjoy playing the game on my computer. But I have only one choice and I can’t really decide what to choose. Any recommendations?

depends on what you use your computer for.
if just normal usage, then get a psp.
if you are a serious pc gamer or need to use powerful pc to do your job/project blah blah blah, then get a pc.

Go for the computer

I think you guys misunderstood what I've said. I mean upgrades for my computer. I mean upgrade of RAM, get a few software and controllers.

But my computer seems to have a lot of problems now. And its really laggy and slow when playing games. The lag is not due to the internet thing but rather because of my computer. Haven't figure out what the problem was exactly was though. =/
